Get to know the brain behind earWAV
Angel comes from the small town of Centralia, Illinois. Making her music roots in St. Louis, she started out blazing stages across the Midwest under the hip-hop and rap pseudonym, Skiddalz. She got her break into sync in 2010 when a music supervisor placed her songs in the record-breaking television MTV series, Jersey Shore.
Twelve years later, with over 170 song placements in media under her belt, she looks to help other talented artists from the middle of the map, and globally, reach the same goal under her new sync company, earWAV.
Angel is a songwriter and artist for APM Music. She has song credits with clients like Fenty Beauty, Xbox, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Freeform, MTV, VH1, BET+, Amnesty International, Coca-Cola, Funimate, and more.
She's worked alongside music supervisors, sync agencies and other reputable industry professionals to learn about the business. This makes licensing with earWAV easy, because Angel has the knowledge, experience, and toolset to make sure every song is curated, cleared, and ready to go for use.
